After spending countless hours on easily the most difficult encounter we have faced
yet in Ulduar, we finally downed 10-man Mimiron Hard mode, earning us the
Glory of the Ulduar Raider achievement. We were handsomely rewarded with
the Rusted Proto-Drake, as shown being sported by a few of us in the picture above.

While our 10-mans are not mandatory, congratulations to everyone who participated
in the countless hours of attempts which led up to the downing lf every hard mode boss
necessary for the achievement none the less.

We will be working on our first Algalon kill now for the title.

After a night of wiping and re-thinking our group makeup and strategy, we got Yogg-Saron
down after going back in the next night. Good job everyone who was there.

With little to no trouble, we managed to get Hard Mode Freya down in Ulduar 10.

With relatively little trouble, we managed to throw a group together and finish
10-man Ulduar last week. With an unfortunate 1-week late start on
Ulduar 25, we have managed to keep up with overall server progression
and plan on finishing the instance (minus Algalon) on heroic very soon.

After 3 nights of serious attempts, many strategy tweaks, and enough fish feasts
to make Whatthef's mother seem unappealing, we finally found a method that worked
and took 3-Drake Sartharion down.

Great work everybody, it would seem that a real challenge has been hard to come by
in Wrath; but this fight catered to our insatiable appetites in that regard.
We hope there will be more encounters of this caliber to come.

Also, congratulations to Velestina on winning the drake!

As the 3.1 release of Ulduar approaches, Calamity is both highly anticipating
and preparing for the content that this new raid instance has to offer.

We will be getting a head start on the mechanics via the PTR.

Although proven to be more than trivial, Calamity has now cleared all
10 and 25-man WotLK 3.0 raid content. We hope that Blizzard will increase overall
raid difficulty in the upcoming content patches.

Congratulations everyone who participated; this content was fun, however
that's about as far as it goes. We're going to reserve the term
'challenging' for another day.

The site has been re-designed in anticipation of Wrath of the Lich King!
